There are only three good markets to choose from:

  3. Improved relationships 💕

Choose your market well, because when you have an agency, it's grow or die. Markets grow at 9% per year, so if you're not careful, you might miss out on the opportunity to expand your business. 📈

You also need to look at these four things when picking a market:

  1. Pain 🤕

  2. Purchasing power 💰

  3. Easy to target 🎯

  4. Growing 📈

These factors will help you determine whether a market is viable for your agency, and whether it is a good fit for your services. By taking the time to carefully evaluate your options, you can increase your chances of success and achieve sustainable growth for your agency.

Offer a unique value proposition

Make sure your offer stands out from your competitors by highlighting the unique benefits and features of your services. 💡

Don't compete on price. Compete on value with your competitors. 💰

When creating an irresistible offer for your agency, it's important to remember that competing solely on price is not a sustainable strategy.

Instead, focus on providing unique value to your clients that sets you apart from your competitors. This can include offering unique services, providing exceptional customer service, or having a deep understanding of your clients' needs and pain points.

By competing on value, you'll be able to differentiate yourself from your competitors and attract higher-paying clients who are willing to pay for the value you provide.

Create a sense of urgency
